I’ve always had a deep passion for supporting people in feeling and functioning their best. My goal is to help facilitate change without judgment and at the patient’s pace. I believe that therapy is a safe, collaborative space for people to access clarity and healthy empowerment. I work closely with patients to help them experience more freedom and stronger alignment with what matters most to them.
