Firefly Health Plan

The Firefly health plan may be new to you. Through the Firefly health plan, members have access to the Cigna PPO Network.

Firefly members access the Cigna PPO Network

If you accept Cigna PPO, you can accept the Firefly health plan. If you do not know if you are in-network with Cigna, or would like to receive your fee schedule, please contact Cigna Provider Services.

Firefly Health 2025 ID Card Front and Back

$0 or lower member cost-share

A patient may arrive with a Care Key. This is a waiver that reduces the member’s cost-share responsibility. Please verify that your name or the name of your facility is on the Care Key.

Care Keys do not affect the total reimbursement you receive for care provided once claims are adjudicated.

Firefly Medical Group

Firefly offers its health plan members the option to use our in-house, team-based primary care through Firefly Medical Group. Firefly primary care teams provide the full scope of primary care needs (and even some beyond).
